@ Airi - I hate rulers too, which is why I'm grateful for photoshop ;x And you can always fix the background later, after you're done inking, making the focus with thicker lines than the rest of the background.

WORD. I think it's sometimes worse when it's unintentional, because then you're like, "How can you think it's OK??" Only sometimes though, intentional can be really ... 'whoa'. >_>

I think when it's intentional I have an easier time of dismissing them as an idiot and moving on my merry way. When it's someone you generally like and they just do it straight to you, even if its not "pre-meditated", its like... "Ouch man."
