A year has passed since Fire Lord Zuko ascended the throne, and it seems like trouble is brewing between the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom once more. The Fire Lord and the Avatar began the Harmony Restoration Movement to restore the Fire Nation Colonies to their pre-war state by bringing any Fire Nation nationals back home, but for many of the citizens — of mixed Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom … Read more ›

You're completely right on that point, my dear Kalken. They used the Badgermoles like simple beasts to clean up their ring and it's a sacrilege !!! Did you see what they did to the statues in Ba Sing Se ? They're traitors, I hope the Earth Spirits will do something against it. THEY THREW SACRED BADGERMOLES STATUES TO THE AVATAR !!!! IT'S A SACRILEGE !!!! My main character is was a monk and he would get completely crazy about it. I was really angry about it but the move Aang did, sending a shockwave as he landed, it's my fave move from all the show, I think. The Badgemoles don't even need to jump to do that... They just need to stomp their big paws and they send a shockwave as big as that one.

If you think about the lines from the season finale preview (still focusing on zutara, here) it's all...
Katara: (crying) The fire nation took away my mother
Zuko: That's one thing we have in common
*narrator* Zuko and Katara spend some unexpected time together
Then it shows Katara with something in her hand, and touching Zuko's scar. O.o
If that isn't sign of romance, then what is??

Okay, I really like the way you think! Finally, someone that knows what is actually going on in the show! ;D SUKI IS DEAD PEOPLE!!!! It was a pathetic fight and suki is a stupid bitch for even taking on azula in the first place!! She is dead azula is a better fighter than aang and took her out. And yes Zuko's mom is dead, I don't know how or why, probs Azula killed her because she is the shit, and at that age was as good as Zuko now, and the nother was helpless and pitiful.

One thing though, If one more person suggests that Katara and Zuko are in the Cave Of Two Lovers again their will be consequences, WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY BE THERE!!!!!!!!

Sorry, just a little bitchy tonight, but all of that is pretty much true, and you all are thinking it at least the ones who actually watch the show sober, because apparently some of you are on meth during the viewings of the shows.

Hmm, I don't see how calling people druggies proves your point. Also, Azula is going to die within the first few episodes of Book 3. Zuko obviously had conflict about his family members and Iroh's side won. Zuko's going to learn how to bend lightning and then Azula will have lost her edge.

Even if you are bitchy, there's alot that's false with what you said; Suki fought because she had too to protect Appa, if she had run Azula would have killed her and Appa anyway. Azula will never beat Aang as if he ever starts to lose, the Avatar State will kick in. Why would Azula murder here mother? Even if she did, how does that make her "the shit." Unless you want to kill your parents, dont promote such an ideal. Finally, maybe they're in the cave of two lover's because they're headed back to the Earth Kingdom base where a general and a navy is stationed. Even though my personal ideas conflict with some of these theories, it doesn't make them any less probable.

we dont no how much time will elapse form the next episode and the season finale. plus, irony is always hilarious. what is more ironic than katara and zuko getting emotion where katara and aang almost kissed. And we know zukos mom is dead, but we dont know how.

and nothing says that they took uniforms from the burnt corpses. ty lee punches people. they could have easily removed the clothes of the warriors she beat up. plus, we didnt get that great of a look at Ozai's angels clothes.

My theory about Zuko's mom is this; After Iroh lost his siege of Ba Sing Se, he became disheartened. Ozai then approaches the Fire Lord and says Iroh no longer deserves to be the successor to the throne. The Fire Lord then sentences Ozai to kill his son so that he too feels what Iroh felt. Zuko's mother then takes his place to protect him. Ozai then murdered his father and stated that before he died, he wished that he, not Iroh, take the throne. I"m not sure how else Zuko'd mom could've died.

I kind of like both of your theories, It is no doubt that Ozai killed Zuko's mother. I am just so confused as to why firelord Azulan changed his mind about the birth right, how did Ozai get him to do that. Maybe there was an Agni Kai between the two of them, and Ozai said If he won "blah blah blah." And he ended up winning. I just don't see how Ozai could have killed Azulan and made it look natural, If it wasn't don't you think people from the firenation would investigate it or something? I am sure that will be cleared up in the third season!

Anyhow, am I alone in thinking that Zutara is SO going to happen now? I mean, Zuko..... Katara..... Alone..... Together..... WOW!!! That is SO a recipe for romance, guys.

FIVE MONTHS ?? What do you mean ? The 3rd season will only begin in five months ? It's unbelievable.... (especially for me who doesn't even live in America...) You're sure ? In five months ? So I'll have to watch all of the episodes one by one during five months until the first episode of the 3rd book is broadcasted ? Man !!! Who can wait that long ? Who ??

After watching the episodes again, I figured out there was a little problem in what I said about the chronology of the events. And I tried to fix it (the following comes mostly from some comparisons between Appa's Lost Days and the other episodes, chronologically):

It all begins in the end of The Library/beginning of The Desert
The Library/The Desert: Appa is stolen and sold to the beetle-headed merchants, then sold to the circus. Then he escapes and looks for Aang in the Desert. (It's what happens to Appa while we see what the Team Avatar is doing, what happens in the episodes...)
The Serpent's Pass: Appa lands in a barn and is attacked by the farmer and his wife, then flees. He flies above Uncle Iroh's head across the "Serpent's Lake".

And then, that's how we're confused because it goes like that (from what I found):

At the end of the Serpent's Pass: Suki leaves the Team Avatar and goes back to the other Kyoshi Warriors. Aang finds out that the Drill and "the Fire Girls" (let's call them that since they were all in the Royal Fire Academy for Girls) are coming to visit Ba Sing Se. AND MEANWHILE, Appa fights the Boar-q-pine the night before Suki's departure,
The Drill: A day passes while he is in that cave, while the Fire Girls and the Drill are defeated by the Team Avatar. Then the day after, Suki and the Kyoshi Warriors find Appa in the cave and take care of him. After their defeat, the Fire Girls find Appa and fight the Kyoshi Warriors. Appa flees to the Eastern Air Temple and finds the Guru. He comes to Ba Sing Se, "in the same episode", and is captured by Long Feng.
City of Walls and Secrets: Long Feng tells the Team Avatar that he knows they're looking for Appa (since he captured him) and all...
Tales of Ba Sing Se: Momo finds Appa's footprint...
And then they found him.

Let me explain what are the mistakes I made : what helped me was the footprint and the flashbacks. If Appa had been captured after Momo's Tale, then he wouldn't have made that footprint. And the Kyoshi Wariors and Fire Girls thing helped me too. The couldn't have fought before the Drill since Suki left about ten minutes before Aang discovered the Drill. Azula and her friends left when the Drill was disabled and Suki was already with the other Kyoshi Warriors. That means they fought just after the Fire Girls left the Drill. And that means Appa's Lost Days were really during four weeks but the writers had to adapt to the episodes. I think it's kinda confusing but since I don't know how to explain it a little better...

I liked this episode but, Sokka can't be going into a trap because nobody knows what their dad's name is except them. Aang isn't going into a trap because we know the Guru is real because of Appa's Lost Days. Toph only went into a trap because those guys are paid to find her from her parents. And there is a secret I need to say in the next episodes...

Does your secret involve a certain ship that is spelled *whispers* Z-U-T-A-R-A??????? Yes, I think I know that secret. Anyhow, Sokka won't be going into the trap. *spoiler* Yes, yes, I read it on the summary on some site, somewhere. Anyhow, is there one more episode tomorrow? Or not....

There is no new episode tonight. From what I read, episodes 39 and 40 will be shown back to back on December 1st. At least that seems to be the current plan.

Hidden spoiler below:

The first episode will be, The Guru and will focus on Aang and Sokka while revealing Azula's evil plan.

The season finale will be, The Crossroads of Destiny and is the episode where Zuko and Katara are in the cave together. Everyone races against time to stop Azula and both Aang and Zuko's destinies hang in the balance.

As great as the season 1 finale was, I think this one will end up being even better. I can't wait to see it. ^_^
