The Fire Lord and the Avatar began the Harmony Restoration Movement to restore the Fire Nation Colonies to their pre-war state by bringing any Fire Nation nationals back home, but for many of the citizens — of mixed Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom … Read more ›

Hanamaro didn't want to make KAnge feel worse so he didn't say anything about her being powerless but he said "it'll be okay. Remember I'm always going to protect you, no matter what happens." Hanamaro then went inside the ship, taking Kange with him knowing she would be better off not looking at the solar eclispe.

Just outside the harbor
Tze walked through the empty bridge towards the observation deck. Everyone was already on the observation deck, perfectly lined up and in formation. Tze quickly made his way outside and took his position to the left of the Commander. The entire crew was in standard formation on the main deck of the destroyer, with a single solitary man, standing in front of them. Tze felt a surge of power standing above them on the observation deck. When the Commander saw Tze, he nodded meekly and began his speech.
“Soldier and sailors of the Fire Nation, today is a glorious day! We stand on the threshold of a new beginning! started The commander, turning to an expressionless Tze. He gulped quietly and continued. “Though today may indeed be the darkest day in our history added the Commander raising his hand to the eclipsed sky. ”That will not prevent us from controlling this world, for the true fire is in all of us! And when combined, the fire inside us all is more powerful then the sun itself!! A loud hurrah came from the men on the deck.
“We have received new orders from Command, to break from formation and make out way to the Earth Kingdom. Until we dock at the Port near New Ozai, we will have the luxury of being accompanied by Captain Ryu from Military Intelligence. , added the Commander motioning to Tze. A quiet murmur was heard amongst the men, but was quickly extinguished by the Commander raising his hand.
“Today is your day of glory! You have the honor of serving the Fire Lord. Your courage is beyond all! A great day men, we sail into history!” , with that there was one loud last hurrah from the crew.
“Master at Arms, dismiss the crew!” , ordered the Commander to the single man standing in front of the large crew.
“Dismiss the crew, Yes Sir!” , yelled the Master at arms. “Crew, Department heads, returns to your posts… FALL IN!!! , roared the Master at Arms, as the large crowed of men began to file back into the hull of the ship.
The bridge crew on the observation deck returned to their posts inside the bridge, followed by the Commander, the Executive officer, and Tze.
“Remarkable speech commander, thinking of it all yourself?” , sneered Tze as he sat down in the Commander’s command chair.
The Commander narrowed his face with clear disgust. “Just because you commandeered my ship, doesn’t remove the fact that it is MY SHIP! , roared the Commander. Tze sat in the chair with a sadistic straight face, unaffected by the commander’s words.
“Commander, under the power granted to me by Intelligence Command, I order you to be confined in your state room until further notice. Chief of the boat, escort to Commander off the bridge , ordered Tze remaining emotionless.
As the Commander was escorted out of the bridge, Tze stood up and walked out to the observation deck, motioning for the XO to follow him
Tze let out a little chuckle. “Don’t worry XO, I’m not going to get rid of you as I did the Commander. I need your nautical advice. So XO, set out course 092, all ahead full” ordered Tze as he collapsed his looking glass and peered out over the ship.
The XO nodded and quickly left the deck and made his way into the bridge. The XO walked in and immediately ordered the crew
“Chief of the boat, engage engines and set propeller rotations to 100%. Navigator brings us to course 092”
“Engines engaging and propeller rotations set to 100% Aye aye sir!” , repeated the Chief of the boat; turning to the engineman and pointing to a large valve. A low frequency rumbled filled the boast as the propellers engaged and slowly pushed the shop forward.
“Engines are at 100% sir” replied the Chief of the boat.
“New course barring 092. Steering control, come right to 092” ordered the Navigator to two men behind rudder wheels. Slowly the ship turned east. “Course now 092 sir” replied the Navigator.
The XO nodded in approval as Tze walked back into the bridge.
“Course is now 092, engines running at 100% Captain” , informed The XO as Tze sat in the Command Chair. Tze nodded in approval and pulled out his small book from the inside of the chest plate and began to read. The XO nodded as he walked onto the observation deck with the Navigator, to discuss the course of action. The day was almost over, and so would the eclipse.

OOC: Well, it's time for the crew to start out!

The Orleander

Kaito felt the cool air rush through his hair. He controlled the ship at the wheel, and smiled. He loved wide open waters, they were freedom, freedom to do what he pleased. Kaito was also pleased because of the fact that he had found his first two crew members. Tao Kong, who was a Demolisher and a strong man with a boomerang. And Okimi an air headed girl fire bender, filled with beauty.

"Yahoo!" he exclaimed. He looked back at Okimi, "I've thought of a position for you. You can work in the crow's nest, as an eagle eye." He now reverted his attention to the both of them "From now on the first thing we're doing is searching for the rest of our crew! Yeah!" He was back on his ship, the Orleander, and as happy as ever.

Kange gripped Hanamaro's arm tightly, allowing him to walk her into the ship's cabin. He was right, she didn't want to look at the shadowed sun.

She looked at the ship's wooden and dirty floor whispered softly to the ground, "Why do I feel so safe around you?"

*After the eclipse*

*two days after cast off*

Yi felt the nice sun on his face when he woke up the next morning. A faint smile appeared on his face. He no longer felt the small empty void that he felt the before. But after two days onboard, Tze was getting bored.Tze washed up and laid on his bed, and as usual, was deeply engulfed in his book. How he loved reading classic literature. This particular story involved a man’s quest to seek love, only to fall victim to the spirits. So many morals could be extracted out of this little text. A voice soon came over the little tube intercom.
“Captain, this is the bridge, your presence is required. We have come across something that might interest you”, replied the XO’s voice as it echoed through the hollow pipe. The immediately walked out of his room and down the hall to the bridge. When Tze reached the bridge, the XO was standing over near the entrance to the observation deck.
The XO walked out to the observation deck, motioning for the Tze to follow him. Once both were outside, the XO handed the Tze a looking glass.
“Here, look two points off port bow, approximately 2 klicks out” , spoke the XO softly, but maintain composure.
Tze took the looking glass and looked off to the left of the boat. “Fugitives?” , asked Tze, spotting the boat off in the distance.
“Has to be, non-military ships are not allowed to leave port until further notice” , replied the XO as he looked through another looking glass. “What is your best guess on their course?” , asked Tze, trying to get the feel of his new XO.
I would say she heading to the Earth Kingdom, course 096” replied the XO with a light hesitation in his voice.
Tze let out a little chuckle, he was impressed. “XO, get us behind her and let’s trail her. Make your course 096, smartly. We don’t want her knowing we are following her. Redirect the smoke to the underwater smokestacks so they won’t see our smoke trail” ordered Tze as he collapsed his looking glass and peered out over the ship.
The XO nodded and quickly left the deck to relay the new orders to the bridge crew. “Chief of the boat, reduce propeller rotations to 25%. Navigator brings us to a new course of 096, smartly. We are trailing a ship, and we don’t want them to notice the Azulon
“propeller rotations set to 25% Aye aye sir!” , repeated the Chief of the boat; A low frequency rumbled filled the boat as the propellers slowed down.
“Engines are at 25% sir, smoke output redirected through underwater smokestacks, to prevent detection” replied the Chief of the boat.
“New course barring 096. Steering control, come right to 096, smartly” ordered the Navigator, The turn was almost unnoticed. “Course now 096, smartly sir” replied the Navigator.
The XO walked back out to Tze, who was still studying the ship in the distance. “Course is now 096, engines running at 25% smartly Captain” , informed The XO. Tze narrowed his right eye, trying to focus on the ship. ”Looks like a pirate ship…”, commented Tze to no one in particular.
“Maintain a 10 klick distance between the Azulon and her. We don’t want to risk her spotting us” , replied Tze, never removing this right eye from the looking glass. The XO nodded, but didn’t leave the deck.
“Permission to speak freely sir” , asked the XO with a little distress in his voice. Tze lowered his looking glass and nodded in approval.
“May I inquire to the actual outlines of our mission sir?” , asked the XO, afraid to hear the response. Tze grinned and looked out to sea.
“We are on modified patrol until we arrive at the Earth Kingdom. We are to hunt, and salvage any freighter we can. When we arrive in the Earth Kingdom, I will depart from you, and you will return to your post patrolling the Fire Nation Waters. And right now, we're gonna kill two birds with one stone, when the time is right of course” , answered Tze, with a calm and controlled voice.

Soon after, a bridge hand came out and lowered the Fire Nation flag from the flag pole, as part of the procedure of running smartly. The Azulon was now completly stripped of any identifying marker, except the Fire Nation emblem on the port (left) side of the ship

Hanamaro heard the question and thought he was being asked it so he replied "I don't know. Only you can really answer that question." Hanamaro looked at the roof of the room for a bit and then he quickly looked back to Kange with concerned eyes of worry.

Noticing a ship off in the distance, Tao checked for any identifying signs on the hull. Getting out a spy telescope, he looked at it closer and noticed a flag being taken down from the flagpole. As he tried to get a closer look at it, everything turned dark. He wasn't unconscious, but he couldn't see anything. Looking at the front lens, he noticed that the cap had come back on. Taking it back off, he looked closer at the ship and saw an insignia on the stern, (Or is it the starboard?) but couldn't make it out. Dismissing it as just another ship, he returned his attention to other things.

OOC: Ship insignia is usually on the port (left) side of a ship in the Chinese navy… I forgot to add that part, it’s been edited, sorry about that. =P

IC:
A cold wind blew across Tze’s face as he continued to stand on the observation deck. He enjoyed the sea; part of him wanted to be a sailor, but the army was a more practical choice for his situation. Tze gazed down to the main deck of the destroyer, marveling at the precision and hustle that each worker was doing. From above, it looked like a small ballet, and Tze loved the ballet. Tze’s concentration was broken by a young officer carrying a small tray with a tea pot and cup on it. The young man politely bowed and poured Tze a small cup of the tea and handed it to Tze.

Tze bowed in thanks and took a pleasant sip of the tea. A rich Jasmine flavor filled his mouth. Tze closed his eyes and savored the taste for as long as he could. Tze was a sucker for a god cup of jasmine tea. He has always tried to pick out what was so special about the tea. The only thing he could think of was the smell. The rich floral aroma was so captivating, like something out of a beautiful sonnet.

A small smile appeared across Tze face. The young man refilled Tze’s cup and left the observation deck. The XO walked out onto the observation deck, just as the young officer walked into the bridge. The XO slowly approached Tze, not wanting to interrupt his tea session. Tze felt someone staring at him, and slowly turned around.
“Just the man I wanted to see” , commented Tze as he returned his gaze out to sea.
“Come, stand with me and enjoy the view” , added Tze as he motioned for the XO to stand with him against the railing. “I have been meaning to ask you something. It’s been 2 days and I still don’t know your name. , confessed Tze as he finished off the last of his tea.

The XO laughed to himself. “My name is Hye Chou; Captain Hye Chou” , replied the XO in a soft tone.
Tze nodded in approval. “Sorry for my bad manners. The first thing I usually do is get to know my crew” , apologized Tze, still keeping his cold heartless tone of voice.
A few minutes of silenced passed as both of them marveled at the beautiful open sea.
“When are we going to intercept the pirate ship sir? , asked the XO, not expecting an answer.
“At the rate they are traveling, they will run into General Li’s blockade In a few days now. We will have to intercept them before then” , replied Tze as he pulled out his eye glass and looked at the ship off I the distance.

“Prepare a messenger hawk to Brigadier General Li. Tell him that we are in pursuit of suspected pirates in an unmarked Destroyer. I don’t want any misconceptions or mistakes happening while we are pursuing a mere pirate. Clear the baffles ((make a 360 degree turn)) and maintain 10 klicks distance ((6 nautical miles= 7 regular miles));The Azulon is a massive ship, we must give them the impression that we are changing course. I would rather error on the side of caution. And get that messenger bird out ASAP”, ordered Tze to the XO. The XO nodded and left the bridge.

“Oh, and Captain Chou, I will be expecting your presence at the Captain’s table tonight with the other officers. I will not have my XO eating with the common sailor, even if he wishes to do so” , added Tze, keeping his attention on the boat in the distance.
The XO nodded and left the observation deck, leaving Tze alone with his thoughts.
“Now, where did that guy go with that delicious tea? . Thought Tze as he lowered his eye glass and sighed. A few minutes later, Tze heard the loud screech of the messenger hawk taking off towards the open ocean. Tze only hoped that the bird would reach him in time.

Tao sighed with relief somewhat as he saw the other ship turning. "Well, at least it's not a Fire Navy ship," Tao said to himself. Then he went inside to escape the sun's rays.

OOC: You should put the name of the ship you are on as the place where you are.

The Orleander

The Orleander was different then other ships in many ways, one of them included that the fact if Kaito or the Navigator (with Kaito's permission) tells the wheel of the ship where to go precisely, it will steer itself.

Kaito sat in the lounge of the ship, deep below deck. It was cool and comfortable on the couch he sat on, slouched back. The lounge protected the crew from the weather and elements outside, and it was his favorite part of the ship. He sighed in relaxation.

OOC: Good idea. Thanks

Azulon

Bridge:
“Chief of the boat, increases propeller rotation to 50%, and prepare to clear the baffles. Navigator, mark our position and bearing, and prepare for recovery” . Ordered the XO as several officers ran frantically to their posts.
“Engine control increase propeller rotations to 50%, and prepare to clear the baffles” , repeated the chief of the boat into the hollow intercom pipe. There was a loud whine as the engines increased their rotation, causing the ship to lurch forward slightly.
“Bearing 096 locked, all systems ready for the clearing of the baffles” , reported the navigator as he braced himself against his chart table.
“Engine room is ready to proceed” , reported an engineer through the hollow intercom pipe. The chief of the Boat nodded to the XO, and waited his order.
“Master at arms, sound general alarm” , ordered the XO as he quickly took a seat in his chair and strapped himself in.
The master at arms nodded and flipped a valve, soon a loud siren roared through the intercom pipes.
The XO looked over at the chief of the boat, and nodded for him to proceed.
“Engine room, full back on starboard propeller, steering control hard to starboard” ,barked the chief of the boat into the intercom pipe. Seconds later, a loud rumbling filled the area as the right propeller reversed, causing the boat to pitch to the right.
“Captain, were cavitating, we’re stirring up enough surf to give away our position” , reported the lookout over the intercom pipe.
The XO ignored the report and continued the turn. The ship nearly made a full turn.
“Approaching original bearing sir!” , reported the Navigator, looking at his compass.
“Engine room, secure starboard propeller, full reverse on port propeller!, steering control, hard to port!”, yelled the chief of the boat into the intercom. Seconds later the ship began to straighten out.
“Engage starboard propeller, 50% forward on both propellers!” . There was a massive shutter throughout the boat as the boat returned to its original course.
“Course has returned to bearing 096 sir!” , informed the navigator. A wave of relief was felt throughout the bridge. They completed the rotation. The general alarm was turned off and everything returned to normal.
“Decrease propeller rotation to 25% and continue on bearing 096” , order Tze as he walked back into the bridge.
The chief of the boat nodded, and relayed the orders to the engine room. Tze looked at the XO and grinned. “Have you ever cleared the baffles before Captain?” , asked Tze, noticing the disturbed look on his XO’s face.
The XO swallowed hard and shook his head. “First time Sir” , replied the XO as he regained his composure. Tze motioned the XO to follow him back out to the observation deck.
“Maintain our current distance. We churned up enough wash to hide our current bearing for now” , added Tze as he looked through his looking glass at the ship, far in the distance. “Did the messenger hawk get released?” , asked Tze. He really hoped the message got to General Li before they arrived.
“The bird was sent to the last location General Li was supposed to be. If he has received orders to move, or is out on patrol, he probably won’t get it in time” , reported the XO hesitantly, he didn’t like to be the bearer of bad news, especially to someone with a reputation like Tze’s.
“Well, we must hope for the best” , replied Tze as he handed the looking glass to the XO. “Tell the look outs to monitor the position of that ship every 5 minutes, if it so much as flinch off its current course, I want to be informed” , ordered Tze as he turned to walk off the Observation deck.

Brigadier General Chang "Sun" Li stared out over the darkened sea when the Lietenant returned.

"Sir... we have received word from a fleet of warships commanded by Captain Chou outside the Fire Nation borders. The Message says that they are pursuing a unmarked Destroyer operated as a Pirate ship and the ship is expected to run into our blockade in a few days. The message says we should appear to change course and let the ship past... or atleast from what I understand of it."

The Brigadier General pondered the order for a moment. He continued to think and the Lietenant asked if they should disregard it.

"No... do as it says. Have the captain follow the orders and reply telling them that we will do just as they say. But be ready to aide them if necessary."

Chang said. The Lietenant bowed and left writign the message. The Brigadier General looked out to see and could just barely make out a slight smoke rising form that distance. It ment there where ships out there and they where coming. By the amount of smoke it was obvious they where coming fast. They would wait for the right time but Since there was only one ship currently outside of port it wouldn't take long. The other ships didn't need to come back though. They hadn't got the message but would when they saw the capital ship change course. Against his better judgement Chang had followd the order. But there was a good point... if the pirate ship was big they wouldn't stop it easily.

Okimi clapped her hands as he told her position. He told them their first mission. She nodded and said "Aye Aye captain" She said and walked over to the edge the edge of the ship and started staring off out into the vast blue doing as he said looking for a crew.

After a while her eyes tired began to tire and she began to bore. Okimi's fingers wrapped around the supple wood banister. Her foot began to tap to a beat of a song her brother taught her when she was little. Her throat began to vibrate as she began to hum softly the meldoy to the song.

Okimi closed her eyes and began to sing, "The pirate of world say nay to domination! Strike back and stop its rien" Okimi then twirled away from the banister. "Da Da di di da da" She clapped twice and jumped in beat and continued twirling. "Da da da na na The Pirate of my heart say nay to her majesty. No more shall I bow to her feet. The ocean, the world is mine for the take. She shan't stop me ANYMO-" Okimi came tumbling down as the ship hit something. Okimi pushed herself up and walked to the edge. Her eyes looked out and then yelled, "KAITO LAND HIT US!" She yelled. She looked at the island with intrest. It appeared to be unhabited, something she hadn't seen in awhile.

Tze sat in the command chair, utterly engulfed in his book, when Captain Chou approached him.
“Sir, we have received a message back from General Li. Apparently something got lost in translation, because he thinks we’re a part of a fleet, entering the Fire Nation… apparently… something happened” , reported the XO, ready to jump away if Tze did anything harsh.
Tze broke his attention from his book and raised an eyebrow. “Interesting…” , commented Tze as he quickly stood up and walked towards the communication center. The XO quickly followed behind.
Tze stormed into the communication center and glared at the tech behind the desk. “Show me the message you just sent to General Li” , ordered Tze harshly. The young sailor quickly reached for the message copy, and handed it over to Tze, with a shaky hand. Tze grabbed it and glanced over it. Tze eyes narrowed as he crumbled up the paper and threw it to the side. “You sent the wrong message! You are relieved of your position!! CHOU!!!!!” , yelled Tze
Captain Chou immediately appeared behind Tze “Yes sir? , he asked nervously.
Tze turned to Chou and narrowed his eyes “Get this man out of here, and get someone in here who can transcribe correct messages!!” , roared Tze as he stormed out of the room.
Tze walked out onto the observation deck. He glared out to sea. The sea seemed to relax him. He felt calm now. He wanted to sit down and read his book, but couldn’t. Captain Chou quickly ran towards Tze.
“Captain! Urgent news!” , said the XO as he quickly handed Tze two scrolls. “One is a report from the look out, the ship has changed course and is stuck on an island. The other is from high command. Private, classified, and addressed to you” , added Chou as he quickly caught his breath.
Tze quickly opened the report from the look out. He glanced though it quickly and handed it to Chou. They ran ashore on a small island. “XO, tell the Chief of the Boat to hold our position and heading. The pirate ship ran aground on an island” , ordered Tze as he quickly opened the other scroll from command. Tze’s eye opened wide with horror. “Captain Chou, meet me in my state room in 3 minutes” , added Tze as he quickly walked off the observation deck and through the bridge.
Tze walked into his state room and sat at the small desk in the corner. Minutes later, Chou knocked on the door. “Enter” , replied Tze quickly. Chou walked into the room and sealed the door. He quickly took a seat in front of Tze’s desk. “Is something wrong sir?” , asked Chou cautiously. Tze handed Chou the scroll.
“What is discussed here, is between you, me, and General Li” , started Tze, sitting back into his chair. “Apparently, that ship is owned by escaped prisoners, and wanted fugitives by the Fire Nation. They also kidnapped the daughter of a Noble Family. I have been given orders from Intelligence Command to secure their capture, with the assistance of General Li” , finished Tze as he leaned forward in his chair, reaching into his desk and pulling out a blank scroll and a pot of ink. “They are presumed armed and dangerous, It is also believed that a few of them are benders as well” , added Chou, shocked by what he was reading.
“I’m preparing a new message to General Li, informing him of the new situation” , added Tze as he began to write.

To General Li,

This is Captain Tze Ryu of Intelligence Command, there was some confusion pertaining our last message, the person responsible has been delt with. I have received orders from High Command and the Admiralty, informing me that the pirate ship is commanded by escaped fugitives that are wanted for treason by the Fire Nation. They are currently stuck on an island about a day out of the harbor. I have also received word that you are now back in dock, which further disrupted our last message. I was under the impression you were on patrol on the outskirts of our territory.

By the authority granted to me, by the High Command, I strongly request your assistance and bringing these fugitives to justice by any means necessary. The flagship Azulon, which I currently have control over, is currently holding position 10 klicks from the island the pirates have landed on. Enclosed is a map containing our location, we will rendezvous here as soon as possible, while keeping a low profile. The pirates are considered armed and dangerous, and I am reluctant to pursue them any further without further assistance. Please respond promptly.
Signed,
Captain Tze Ryu Commander of the Flagship Azulon

p.s. I will keep you infromed as to their position if anything is to change.

Tze finished the letter and rolled it up with a map. He quickly handed it to Chou. ”Get this out now, and see to it personally. I don’t want any more problems” , ordered Tze harshly. The XO nodded and left the room. Tze sighed and leaned back in his chair, he only hoped that the pirates don’t notice the Azulon sitting dead in the water, monitoring the,

OOC: Um, Raja to note: when Kaito said search for a crew, he meant search for crew members for our crew. But it's okay... And we're heading towards Gaoling or something like that, where I want to have the RP setion where Shamo will join out crew. Also I want you guys PMing people and asking and spreading the word about our crew, and the thread in the RPG General Discussion area. I'll be doing the same.

Kaito had actually fallen asleep in the lounge when the ship hit land. He forgot to check on where the ship was every few hours when it was controlling itself. He ran to the deck and saw the small island before them, and sighed as he saw it was nothing major, he noticed Tao was over reacting.

"It's only a small deserted island. We're heading towards the Earth Kingdom, and this is in the way." Kaito stood at the very edge of the ship, and began making fluent motions while breathing, the water began to move, and the sip returned out for sea. He then went to the wheel, and steered it towards the entry to the Earth Kingdom, it was still some length away. "In about a few hours we sould reach a Fire Nation fleet, keep and eye out for that Okimi." Then Kaito returned to the lounge to relax, "Oh, and the both of you could come to the lounge and relax if you want to." he added.

"Yeeah. I already knew about the lounge," Tao said, somewhat annoyed. He suddenly noticed a ship off in the distance. Looking at it through his spyglass, he saw that it had no identifying marks, other than the Fire Nation insignia, which he could only just barely make out. "We're being tracked!"

OOC: I have to get off.

Azulon

Tze walked onto the bridge and pulled out his eye glass. He quickly walked onto the observation deck and glared through the eye glass. The pirate ship was moving off the island and continuing on its originally course.
“Captain Chou to the observation deck immediately! , yelled Tze into the bridge. Seconds later the XO was on the bridge, standing at attention beside Tze.
“They’re changing course! They’re leaving the island and heading out to the Earth Kingdom!” , yelled an enraged Tze “Have we sent the hawk out yet?!” , asked Tze quickly, keeping his eye on the pirate ship.
” It went out, almost an hour ago sir” , replied Chou. Tze gritted his teeth and squeezed his hands so hard, that it broke the eye glass.
“Send General Li another message. Tell him that the pirate ship is continuing on its course to the Earth Kingdom, and that the Azulon will peruse it until it leaves Fire Nation waters. We will wait there until we rendezvous with his armada.” dictated Tze to Chou. The XO nodded and ran off to deliver the message.
Tze quickly though about what he was going to do. He had to hold them until General Li could arrive with his armada. Tze quickly headed back into the bridge. “Chief of the boat, engage the engines and vent the smoke through the air. We are no longer running silent. Engines ahead full. We are going to intercept that pirate ship” , order Tze as he sat in his command chair.
“Yes sir, at once sir!” , replied the Chief of the boat, quickly shouting orders into the intercom pipe.
“Master at Arms, Raise the colors and clear the deck and ready the trebuchet array, we are going to engage the ship and attempt to hold them off” , commanded Tze, quickly turning his chair to view outside the ship.
“Aye aye sir!” , replied the Master at Arms. Seconds later, the Large Fire Nation flag was flying high on the flag pole, and smoke started billowing from the large smoke stacks, as several trebuchets rose out of the main deck.

The Decimator

Li looked at the messages he head received. His mind was racing. If the first message was a hoaxs..

"Captain, Order all ships to exit the harbor and head to the assistance of the Azulon. Tell them they are no longer under my command until they return. They will be under the direct command of Captain Tze."

The Captain nodded and relayed the message to the Navigator to relay the message to the ships. Only 2/5ths of the small armada was heading out to help. The rest would stay back and protect the harbor. The Pirate ship could be a ruse. It could make them open to attack and that would not be well.

Chang read through the second message over and over. Then he pulled out some parchment a writing quill and wrote back.

To Captain Tze,

I have read both of your messages. I will be bringing 2/5ths of my armada to rendevouz. I will not hold up your orders from the Admiralty nor high command. Our ETA is aproximately 5 hours.

Brigadier General, Chang "Sun" Li

Chang read the message then handed it off to the Lietenant nearby.

"Send this out by Messanger hawk. Make sure it is away so the message doesn't get intercepted."

The Bridadier General warns. The Lietenant bows, takes the rolled up piece of parchment, and heads to the main deck. Chang continues to sit in the bronzed throne on the Bridge. His eyes studying the map quickly. If the Azulon was indeed following an Pirate vessel under Orders of the Admiralty that ment... what? The question punched through his head as he htought. Obviously the pirates must have something very very important to even be cared about by the Admiralty.

Kange looked down at the floor, now turning a little red, she backed away from Hanamaro into their room and said, timid, "I think I go lie down..."

She backed up into the door, the warm feeling leaving her, still pink she trotted over to her bed. She curled up on top of the covers in thought, reveiwing what had happened today.
