^^I'm familiar with who Psy is, what he does, and the satire of the song. I knew who he was before Gangnam! *hipster* Seriously though, I'm a Korean major because its an interesting and vastly unique culture, not just modern day but all aspects (not that its perfect either).

I too have seen/heard a few comments, even when I showed it to friends just thinking it'd be fun (I provided language and culture notes), but then they come out with the comments and its like... "Wow, really?"

I haven't seen anything Psy has been featured on. No TV for me! x3

^ I haven't seen them either, but it was huge news on tumblr that he was disrespected on Ellen. There were a lot of comments that were like "Well it's just a silly song with no meaning, so-—" on that reblog chain that were pretty infuriating.

Speaking of Psy, I really liked the song he did for the Olympics. How does he get all those people to participate in his MVs? I want to play too :C

My friend from Korea (who's been a longtime Psy fan apparently) said he hosted a free concert at/outside Seoul City hall just a few days ago. (She was very sad she couldn't go, but happy to visit the U.S.) If he does things like that regularly, and enough social network power, he could draw any amount of extras that he wanted.

Man, that's just super cool. I hope he does an MV in America one day! I would be so there.

I'm sure she's thinking that I've forgotten, or some such, but I've been kind of just cruising through the day. I planned on making her dinner, though it won't be much. I like to cook, and I'm glad that when I like to cook she's happy. So I guess I'll put it here where I know for a fact that she's going to see it.

Thinking of having my hair cut really short. Still not sure, but I'm leaning more towards a yes. Mainly because when my hair is short, I like to ruffle it.
