Did we ever okay that? I mean, it's not that we don't trust you, but rules are rules, and they state no one under the age of 20 can be Advanced, because they are considered prodiges, which we do not allow.

Yeah, thats basically what it ment. For me those are two words for one thing, Intermediate and Moderate.

I could of sworn that was accepted as my character's bending level in my last character description... since I don't think I had been docked points for it then. But I guess i am wrong and it should be changed to High-Moderate/High-Intermediate bender then. Since that would not make him a prodigy or at least I hope
