I was forced to play recorder... *Shudders* They want us to play Symphony #9 on the recorder for some end of the year thing... AH!!! I HATE IT!!!

Yeah the notes you make on it are very much the same only you hold it like a claranet (I know I just spelled that worng!)

Well, you just put your mouth on the little mouth thing, blow, and the holes to make notes. It's pretty easy, except for the amount of breath you put in it. Yeah, and you hold it in front of you.

Yeah that's true when I had to play it we had this one song that had so many notes my checks whent numb! The song was the famous one by Betowveen(I know I spelled that wrong!) it was the piano one that is really famous but is not good if you have to play with a recorder!

Well, this wasn't Beethoven... There's alot of Symphony #9's... But Beethoven's is good... Better than this one...

I love beethoven.. i can play many of his songs on the piano, ie. fur elise (one of my favs), #9, turkish march (i prefer the one by mozart better though), and moonlight sonata. i can also play fur elise on the guitar but i prefer hard rock on that

after u learn piano all u really need is notes and can do a lot with that, also u can pretty much just play any piano-like intrament.

All of you are lucky. The only thing I ever played was the recorder in 3rd grade. I was good at it, but it is not much.
