If you wanted to play that card, I could point out that nick normally doesn't do linar shows like Avatar. This is all most like an experiment for nick so it could go ether way.

We're playing cards now?
You're right, this is a much different show from anything theyve done before. Anything can happen, though I gotta think Jeong Jeong will reappear and have some part in his teaching... After all, you can't just cut such an awesome character out like that after 1 eppy.

Tu Sha!!
That is true. The ending of that episode did leave something to be desired. I'm concered that Jeong Jeong is still mad over what aang did. He doesn't seem the type to forget things and add in the fact that he is a little...odd.

But he promised Roku, he will not go back on a promise. He seemed an honorable sort of guy. I think he'll teach aang, especially with the comet coming... But he wont make it easy, that ones for sure

And again I go back to my earlier post that describes how TECHNICAL Jeong Jeong did teach firebending. He technical filled the promise.

I think learning fire bending isn't the only problem i mean does Aang looks like killer???
He maybe can defeat the firelord but can he kill him?

I'm pretty sure that Zuko and Iroh will meet Aang and after a little battle, Aang will ask Iroh to teach him Firebending and maybe some new techniques he made (even how to create and redirect lightning). Or maybe Roku will teach him the basics in the spirit world, I mean he will show him the moves and the theory of Firebending and then, back in the Mortal World, Aang will apply these. It sounds crazy but it's possible.

That pretty craftey. I like your idea mostly because it is orginal. True it had no serious support (nither does half of the stuff I say), but it has enough to warrent looking into it some more. But for Iroh to teach Aang from the sprit world, wouldn't Iroh have to die? It would support my belief that some one is going to get picked off.

I never said anything about Iroh teaching Aang from the Spirit World. If you read well, I'm talking about Avatar Roku, Which is more possible than Iroh teaching Aang from the Spirit World.

Ah I miss read then. In that case I would have to disagree. If that was the case, then Avatar Ruko could have explained the basics for all the elements and save Aang alot of trouble. Avatar Ruko seems to be big on What and where. Very little of what he does is how. There is also the idea that Nick may throw in another charactor to teach firebending. Zuko and Iroh may be more focused on taking out Azual (the imedeate threat) and save the avatar for latter.

"Disagreement denied" because it's a logical idea. Roku had not to explain the basics for all the elements from the Spirit World because the benders could do it themselves. It's different for Firebending because the Fire Nation is against the Avatar and I don't see the Fire Lord teaching Aang Firebending (and not any other Firebender). That's why my idea is...a bit...as logical as...I mean, it's possible. And it's most likely with your theory about Zuko and Iroh focusing on taking out Azula.

I don't think that Iroh and Zuko are hunting for Azula. I just think that somehow the two groups will come into conflict. My belife of some one getting picked off at the end of book earth is just that, a belief with no serious backing. Avatar Ruko told Aang said that he would have to learn all of the elements. He didn't say "Well, I guess only water and earth. All of the Fire Nation hates you so I'll take care of it." Again Ruko seems be nothing more than a guide for Aang in his duties as the avatar. Not a teacher of bending. Besides there are other rouge fire benders out there. Zuko, Iroh, Jeong Jeong, and who everelse Nick decides to make up that can teach Aang to firebend.
In any event, I found something intresting after seaching for information on "Secret of the Fire Nation." It seems like Jeong Jeong is back and has some very important information to tell the Avater. With this return, the idea that Jeong Jeong will teach Aang more firebending is more plasiable.

I think it's gonna be one of Aang's old friends , those he met before the war . It's like Bumi . And in episode 13 , the Blue Spirit . Aang is talking about one of his best friends he met before the war , Kuzon . And he was from the Fire Nation. So I think Aang will find Kuzon , and he'll teach Aang firbending.

Hello everyone. I am new here, but I am no stranger to the show. In my opinion I believe that Zuko will end up joinig aang and the rest of the crew and aid thim in their upcoming battle with Firelord Ozar.

Ozai... Ozai...
I completely disagree. Zuko absolutely will not join the Avatar unless, of course...
Using deception, Zuko joining the team would only be for the express purpose of going back to the fire nation with the avatar, handing him over to the authorities and get nhis honor back without Aang knowing until it was too late.

I think Iroh (sp?), Zuko's uncle, will teach Aang, and Zuko wont be happy about it, but he'll join them, though Katara and her brother will be angry as well, but they will know they have to put up with the firebenders because it is crucial for Aang to learn firebending. i think this b/c iroh was zuko's teacher as well

After what we saw in the season finale, it wouldn't surprise me if Iroh was the one who's going to teach Aang Firebending. If he succeeds to break free, of course. I don't think we're going to see Jeong Jeong again... But Iroh is more powerful than Jeong Jeong, and if Aang wants to be the most powerful, he has to learn every advanced technique, Iroh is the one who can teach him ;D.

^^that's what wanted!! lol
Everyone was like 'ya zuko will teach aang and Iroh will stay in ba sing se for his tea shop' WHAT NOW?
Zuko is with Azula, he can't teach Aang currently, Iroh is locked up and with Azula in control of the Dai Li and Ba sing se he can't keep his tea shop and will likely close up. Iroh will follow Aang teach Aang firebending. Come back to Ba Sing se and Aang will be total ripped out of his mind (bending wise) and will unload on Azula. Iroh will convince Zuko back into a peaceful life and Aang will head to fire nation.
