I think the uniforms are special for the royal guard. But their butts got kicked just as bad as any other Fire Nation soldier.

*lol* Yes, that's true. I noticed it when I watched it again today. Iroh takes care of all those on the deck, and Zuko just throws that guy overboard, and knocks post those two at the top.

They weren't fighting at their best though, their 'foes' were members of the Royal family, the very group an elte group of soilderis woudl be sworn to protect. Only theri fear of Zula made them do it.

Yeah, you have a point there, even though Azula had that speech, saying that she would take them down if they hesistated.

in wikipedia it says in book two chapter seven that "Zuko suddenly remembers his memories of how things where before the Agni Kai that brought him so much pain and made him feel like he was truly alone. And to make things worse, a visit from his sister brings an unpleasant surprise."

They can do whatever they want, but I don't think they will. I think that he's important to Zuko. I don't think they'll do that. Also, I don't think that we'll see Ozai until much, much later on in the series. I think he's going to be very mysterious for a long time, until we start seeing more of him.

True, but Gyatso was never in the show except for in flashbacks. Iroh's in the show, and a pretty major character.
