Zhang — I think your industrialist person would be better NOT as the serial killer, but as a separate mystery?? I didn't remember hearing back thoughts about that from everyone, but I'd like to discuss it.

if you need a sacrificial lamb, then I believe that Ling & Mei's mother is a lovely fit, provided that the killer is a non-bender, as it is too easy to villainise benders right now.

OKAY so since Kai offered a serial killer first, I'd say let's go for him making a serial killer character. A non-bender one who targets benders, perhaps?
I feel the industrialist character would be a great mystery fit for Asami, and that case could go to Mei and Ling, thus giving them street cred as rivals for Hangetsu and Tae-yeon, who are working on a mystery on the main boards already.
Thoughts, everyone?

Sure, go for it. You'll need to be discussing with Asami, Ai Lin, Kami, and whoever else is involved in their detective agency details on that plot. Feel free to make a separate thread for that mystery by itself, and we'll continue to discuss out the serial killer idea with Mizu in this one. (:
