Since I don't have this game (or the thing to play it on, either) I wasn't going to comment, but that's a little owl with a leaf for a bow tie. If I had this game, I'd have max affection with that little ball of cute, too.

Just started Moon. Taking it slowly; it's the first Pokemon game I've played in a long time.

So, I got Moon and have decided to do a Nuzlocke run. So far, I've been doing okay, here's the key things that have happened:
My team now stands as thus:
- Got me a Rowlet (now a Decidueye), named him Archimedes
- Got me a Muchlax (that I evolved into Snorlax), named him Paxton
- Got a handful of other Pokemon that I've switched out regularly, so far no accidental faints when trying to catch
- Wanted to catch a Fletchling or a Fletchinder, but failed to encounter either in the only two places they spawn. Much sadness
- Made it through all the challenges unscathed, until the Lush Jungle. Paxton, my go to guy to tank hits, got taken out by a random crit. -cue gross sobbing-
- Caught a new Pokemon to fill the (sizeable) hole left by my tank Paxton. Welcome to the team, Johnny Whiscash. (TRAINER TIP: It's a Whiscash)
My team now stands as thus:
- Archimedes (Decidueye)
- Johnny Whiscash (Whiscash)
- Shino (Charjabug)
- Lenny (Toucannon)
- Jan (Sylveon)
- Akashi (Hariyama)

Sooo I did indeed complete my very first Pokedex as of yesterday, all thanks to Pokemon Sun and Moon. You'd think a 300-Pokemon Pokedex would be harder to complete than, say, the original 150 Pokedex, but apparently it's somewhat easier due to increased connectivity capability? Who knew??
(&& obscene luck in finding the second dusk stone I needed from Isle Aphun after more than a dozen brilliant-stone trips >_< who decided putting only one dusk stone in a game with two dusk-stone-requiring-evos was a good idea???)
