Happy December, Everyone!
As promised, here is the new layout! We know it's drastically different from our previous layout, but after a lot of feedback we decided to go with a simple, yet elegant solution in order to best accommodate our members' needs. Our new layout has bigger default text, a more contrasted colour scheme, and a clearer board layout to help all of our members navigate the site with greater ease.
With this new layout update also comes a few site-wide updates:
• Rules & FAQ Update The Rules and FAQ have been updated to be more shorter and more concise. They have also received new URLs and an aesthetic face lift. You can find them in the menu bar at the top of the forum under "Rules" and "FAQ", respectively. • Plot Update & Timeshift With this update TARP is shifting into the autumn / winter season in the roleplay. Players are asked to wrap up any summertime plots within the next two weeks and are welcome to begin autumn / winter plots immediately.
The plot itself has now been updated to reflect the timeshift as well as a tighter, clearer plot synopsis. Along with this change is the decision to leave out any Book 2: Spirits canon events indefinitely. We are uncertain at this time if this will change in the future.• App Rules Update The character application rules & template has been updated. While these updates are not new, the information is re-written to be clearer and more concise.
The application template has also been updated. You do not need to update your profiles again. A Long Display Name Here will take care of it for you. Yay!• v5 Guide Update The TARP, v5, and You thread has been updated to reflect TARP's new features as well as v5's useable features. Please take a look! • Wanted List Update The "wanted" portion of the banned & wanted list has been updated to include a request for older (30 years +) characters and Equalist / Galgori. • Newbie Guide
TARP now also has a Newbie Guide! You can find the Newbie Guide in the menu bar at the top of the forum. This guide is designed to help newcomers get started with our roleplay.
We recommend all current members also check out the newbie guide, as it will help navigate the new layout's features.• We are also reinstating monthly awards! We will be keeping a look out for members and threads to spotlight on a monthly basis. Work hard, and you may see yourself featured in our announcements table. • A minor update, but a fun one. TARP has new emoticons, as shown below. Yay! Enjoy.

:X ._.;'We would also like you to be prepared for a board-wide plot event either mid-December or early January. This plot event will affect all characters on TARP, so please be sure that you're keeping track of your timelines!
