Despite its dainty portions, Kuang's Cuisine is heralded as THE spot for a romantic date — IF you can afford it. A block from the heart of Downtown Republic City, Kuang's stands at four stories high, each floor is laid with red carpet, dim lighting for 'ambiance', and classy leather-covered seating, and cloth-covered tables, each with a rose in a vase at the centre. The booths are heart-shaped, and painted scrolls adorn its walls. Kuang's has a strict dress code; for guests with reservations that show up underdressed, Kuang's has some rental vests, coats, shoes, and pants.
