I was thinking of a character with a significant power with enough power to cancel out other powers with even more power and the power to gain power from that power it is a super power and a very fast and strong fighter is required of this super fighter with nothing aside from an impressive amount of free power ;D
Next I would like a way to contain the power contained inside of the characters power of powers and such however it would have to count as a free power for my opponent and lastly a new way to gain other peoples power and new ideas for an amazing power of speech
