So, I'm catching up on Game of Thrones season 2 recently. It is doing a good job of keeping my mind off of my potential future homelessness. It is performing just as admirably in furthering my existential crisis and damaging my already tenuous faith in humanity. Eek.

YOU SURE DID. Ugh, Artifact. >.>;' Fun to play with, a pain in the rear to face. Same thing for blue, really, because sod control. Games take For. Ev. Er. when there is a blue deck in play. |||| I prefer to play with (or against) Black/Green/White decks. The art for white/black is the coolest, I find.

The ponderous control of Blue decks is exactly why I favor them. They appeal to my tactical, reactive nature. Combined with artifacts, I can slowly build up a massively powerful army (sometimes containing creatures formerly belonging to my very enemy) from a handful of small walking trinkets. I so love my Arcbound deck...

Got Ashes of a Black Frost yesterday. So excited! Already started reading it and it is so good.

Bya, i run a blue mill deck with a flavor of control. I normally get my "mind umbound" with fou "jaces erasure"s. If that doesnt work then i use leveler + beacon of tomorrows. Now though i prefer avacyn+ elgaud+worldslayer. With that i then use revenge of the hunted + any random creature so i can attack without being blocked

Need to post. Need to watch Breaking Bad. Need to do my laundry. Will I do them in that order? I don't know...

@ Byakko and Jin I used to run a Black/Green/Red combo Beast deck. Without an overrun. I made things hurt and people cry. I even made somebody throw their deck across a room once.

I can believe it Ryari. I remember one time I was playing my friend and he had "It that betrays" an Eldrazi, and that was it but he kept making me sacrifice my permanents. I was using my mill deck, and had a choice. Use Djinn of Wishes ability, and play my top card without paying it's mana cost, or play my giraffs mindcrusher. I went with my gut, using Djinn's wish ability (Which was the last counter, by the way.) and played the top card. It turned out to be my second, and last, mind control. Took his Eldrazi and screamed "heart of the cards". He raged for about a day.

LOL! I didn't really use any of the new cards.

I had a couple of Aether Charges, Lurking Predators, And mana generating artifacts. It was just meant for massive damage as quickly as possibly. I also had a *thinks* Umm. Chaos Sphere? I think that's what it was called. Basically, creatures without flying can block creatures with. Creatures with flying can NOT block creatures without. It made my beasts very, very formidable.

One of my favourites was my Deathbringer Thoctar. It made weenie decks cry. Whenever any creature went into the graveyard from play I put a +1/+1 counter on it. Remove a counter and deal one damage to target creature or player. Good bye weenie deck.

lmao, that sounds like a fun deck to play against with my vampire deck. I combo with "Increasing Devotion" and vampires that sacrifice to give them +1 +1 counters. Then use my bloodghast and Blade of the bloodchief and a few vicera seer's to make sure I get a land to get both my bloodghast back out. Also need Nirkana revenent (sp, too lazy to find it atm) and Kalastria highborn to tap mana to do damage when another vampire dies.

Ick. I hated vampire decks. Namely going against them. My little brother built one and mopped the floor with several decks.
