To answer, I don't know about other people, but I write RP Notes — not for individual RPs between characters, though, which is what I presume you're thinking. It's shorthand for "Roleplay Forum Notes", I suppose — my notes about how the site functions, plot points, locations, site-canon, lore, information threads, etc. I have TARP notes somewhere, but I'm referring to a different site in my last post that isn't quite set up yet (hence my annoyance at leaving it behind).
