As for your question, you become a staff member by being a good roleplayer, an overall good member, a dedicated member, as well as active. You do all this over a good length of time - usually at least a year - and then if there is a position open, we will PM you or open a Staff Application thread. I will also say that for more information, you should have read FAQ 1, as there's a question about that in there.
