Can someone tell me what channel nickelodeon is on and weather you need cable or not to watch it?

it differs from state to state and it is on cable fo rme it is channel 50 (California)

I think its where you live and also what kind a cable you have like Shio I also live in cal but for me nick is on channel 16 and in my friends house they have a different cable and for him its 6 and on satellite I think it was 300 or 299 can't remember which one

Yuan if you have more than like 400 channels then you have nick2 which is on channel 224 or 228.

no I don't but my friend has satalie at her dads house I go over alot and yeah she dose have two nicks but not on the channels you said they are on 299 and 300 not 224 or 228 but like I said I thinkit depends on where you are and what you have
