hey since aang is the bridge between this world and the spirit world is it possible for him to talk to people who have died?

Answering the question and correcxting an early statement. There are certain things of spiritual nature that can trigger his passing into the spirit realm, for example, The fish Moon and Ocean spirits, they triggered his passing somehow. As he gets older and wiser his passing will become more accesable and soon he would be able to cross over freely. Also I want to point out spirits like Roku and Kyoshi can not only communicate with aang out of the spirit realm they can also take an earthly form using aang as the bridge so it seems they can open and close the gate using aang.

I see lots of <200 posts. I do believe that aang can talk to the dead because he talked to Avatar Roku. For me it doesn't get any clearer than that.

Yue is *not* dead. She *is* the moon spirit now, so she's still alive. But she's a catfish, so same difference I guess.
As to talking to Roku, that may be because he IS Roku, not because he can talk to the dead. But I still think he can talk to the dead and even mayhap channel them.
