^ARGH! I have a lot of respect for you right now. Please keep it that way and NEVER say that again. *sways* I hate it when Zuko fangirls post he's their favorite character for no other reason than "he's hot". Yes, I'm A Zuko fun, but good god!
Back on topic. Zuko, Iroh, and Katara are my favorites.
Zuko-He's a deep guy. Has a tortured past, but a kind heart as well. From the begining my best friend and I predicted he would end up helping Aang and teach him firebending. IT WILL HAPPEN.
Iroh-he knows a hell of a lot more than he lets on. And his wisedom makes me laugh and nod in agreement.
Katara-She's one of the most real characters in Avatar. Don't get me wrong, they do an awesome job of making believeable characters, but we've seen Katara have every emotion possible. It's quite good fun.

Ya know who else is an awesome character? That one guy from Kyoshi Island who foams at the mouth whenever the gang shows up. It's so random and funny, when he walks up, foams and collapses, gets up, and then just walks away. LOL!

Yeah, the foamy guy and the cabbage guy were by far the most random of characters, but they made it pretty hilarious. I laughed for a long time, after seeing the Foamy guy, but the second time it wasn't as funny. In Avatar day when they returned and he did it the second time I was just like "Didn't we already see that."

I think my most favorite character is Aang. He like him because he does some really cool bending stuff and because he is the Avatar, and the last Airbender. I think Airbending is really cool.

Yeah they are great minor charactors.
But don't for get admerial Zuo. The way he just ignored that water soilder and then casually threw him over board was awsome (The Siege in case your wondering).
One last point, try and extend the post to two and a half lines of typing so that we fill the charactor quota and the Admins don't come on us like white on rice.
