2. Yes, King Boomi is crazy. But crazy foaming guy is crazier. Sokka on cactus is crazy also. My personal favorite crazy person: Azula. She is absolutely megelomaniacly crazy kooku. plus she is so cool.

i would have to agree that king boomie is the craziest of anyone in avatar. but the funny kind of crazy, not the creepy or scary kinds. the mouth-foaming man is really crazy, but that's like a physical disorder or something (possibly rabies) but boomie always has that twitch kinda thing in his eyes and the way he talks in a some-what spasmatic way (in my opinion) and hes also like 112 years old

Bumi definatley! He is abserlutley crackers, but veree funny. I also like the foamy mouth guy. I love it when Sokka and Katara turned up on Kiyoshi Island, and he thought it was Aang, so he did the utterly insne frothy dance, but then realised it wasn't, pulleed his shirt over his head, and walked away. That was hilarious! The cabbage man is probably an obsessive or something,or maybe just really desperate! But if you want psychotic sadist crazy, yeah, that'd be Azula. I think Sokka on cactus is just high

boomi for humor crazy, but for actual "power hungry omfg ima eat your head off!!111one" i'd go with Azula.
Boomi is hilarious and has a lot of wisdom behind his humor and strange personality.
Azula is strictly off her rocker and is the one to go out and kill and defeat who she needs to get to the avatar and what not

Boomi is just awesomely crazy which makes him umpredictable and just fun to watch. Azula is just scary and crap, she is sadistic and psychotic making her like everyone else said, a sadistic crazy lady. Although from his first appearance, Jet was also an Azula crazy but now he's just plum crazy. The Hippies fall into Boomi's category for their just insane laidbackness and unpredictability. The dumbest crazy is General Fung who just wouldn't shut up about the Avatar State and went so far as to nearly kill Katara.He is deffinaetly a few pebbles short of a mountain.

I think the cabbage man is crazy.Why he likes cabbages so much I don't know. On the episode when they go to Omashu they crash into the cabbages and he says my cabbages.That is why i hink he is crazy.

The Craziest I think is The Dai-Lee or the cabbage man. They both scare me the Dai-Lee because when he smiles it creeps me out. You know something bad will happen next which makes me think that he is insane (or crazy!) And the cabbage man because he obsees with cabbages and I think he is a spy. He is like stalking the group! Omashu, Ba Sing Se, the Ferry, where next? In the Earth King's bathtub? -shudders- Those two scare me! And are crazy!

The foaming at the mouth guy, or the cabbage man. Maybe someone else, but that's all I can think of at this ungawdly hour. Actually, I'm in Georgia, and since the time change is making me weird, it doesn't feel that late at ALL!!!! Anyhow, most of the characters are really crazy..... Hmmm.....

I think King Bumi or the foaming mouth guy. Bumi hilarious and the foamy guy is funny too. I also think that Ty Lee is also a lilttle out there (no offense),but i really like Bumi.
