I wasn't sure were to put this, but what do think will happen to Aang. Will he be able to go into the avatar state again? Bigger question, can he bend water, earth, and fire since he was "killed" in the avatar state? What do you think will happen to him? Make your posts here. Peace out.

i don't think he was 'killed'. If he was killed he'd be dead lol. I think when they said the chain would fall is because the avatar's spirit is within Aang and if Aang's humanly body dies the spirit is not encapsulated and therefore can't live and just dissipates into the cosmos.

I think he'll be able to go into the avatar state again.

There's not really a reason why he wouldn't be able to enter the Avatar state again. He was just knocked out (and badly burned, hurt, ect...) after all. The bigger question is whether his feelings for Katara will still be when he wakes up, since he was 'supposed' to let go of his feelings for her to enter the state. I wonder if they'll work anything outta that in the next season.
