Well, the reasons why Sokka gets a lot of the girls, is that all these girls are older. He's also strong-willed and determined when he wants to be, smart despite how he acts, funny, and handsome. Girls like thatl

Suki - I like the idea of Sokka/Suki. Suki is nice, strong, and seems caring, too, though she's probably dead if we haven't heard from her by now, unless they're bringing her back later. Sokka/Suki would be a good pairing, if you know, she's still alive...

Yue - I like Sokka/Yue, but... I don't know, it seems sort of superficial, and I think Sokka's better with a more... firey woman, a little more of a fighter and not so diplomatic, but that's just me.

Ty Lee - No. I'm sorry, just no... that just doesn't work in my opinion. She does not seem like his type at all.

Toph - This I see as the best possibility, even if Yue and Suki were/are both alive. Sokka gives sarcastic comments, Toph returns them... They're verbal arguments and teasing are usually the sign of something deeper. That, and Toph is a fighter. I think Toph is the best for Sokka, personally.

I definitely feel that Sokka and Suki is the pair. She is strong, and independant. Once Sokka learns that she can take care of herself, i think that they would make a great pair. Yue would have been a great match for Sokka too. She is the beautiful and Sokka actually would need to take care of her, which seems to work for him, but, sorry, she died, and I don't think that she is coming back.(wow, run-on) I think that her coming back would confuse things a little too much. Ty Lee thinks that he's cute, but she is the enemy. I also don't think that Sokka could stand being with Toph. They are too similar. Have you ever heard the phrase "opposites attract"? They would just drive each other crazy.

Sokka is the Ladies' Man and it's adorable. He's a goofball, but I think that girls can find that very endearing. He's also shown a willingness to adapt to his situations, and his philosophies of life, and gals love a guy who's willing to make changes. So, sense of humor, strength, inventiveness...the boy's got a lot of good qualities that no doubt has gotten him aaaaall the ladies. It's a nice balance to when he has moments of stupidity or gets all overreacty to things.

Suki: Actually, I really like Suki as a character. She's got a little bit of a sarcastic sense of humor, strong, resourceful, and with some natural leadership capabilities. Even though she lost to Azula, the sheer fact that she took her on (given that Azula has won almost every battle) shows just how strong she can be. She and Sokka together works for me. They're well matched, and their relationship has been written very well thus far. I hope Suki's alright just because I really don't want Sokka to develop the "Kiss of Death" and I'd like for her to be around.

Yue: I didn't mind her really, and felt that her relationship with Sokka went a long way to helping him grow up. It was portrayed very well, and had a classic feel to it. She'll never be my favorite character, or what I would consider the "perfect" match for Sokka but their relationship made for a gripping season finale. Yue also makes a very pretty Moon Spirit.

Ty Lee: Really, I think she's just crushing on him because Ty Lee is a bit of a player herself. Just look at how many boys were into her in The Beach, though when it comes down to it she can't pick one to have any sort of actual relationship with. Although both Ty Lee and Sokka have to rely on their particular fighting skills and not bending to come out on top, I don't see anything happening with them together. Ty Lee's still on Azula's side and I don't see that changing. So it's little more than an amusing sidestory to me.

Toph: They'd be cute together, sure, but it seems right now they're only displaying it as a crush on Toph's part. She's never overt about her crush, and no one seems to notice that it. Personality wise, sure, it could work. Though, to be honest, I think a 3 year gap in age makes a much bigger difference at their ages than it would later on. 15 and 12 is like light years at that point. Maybe later on once they're older?

Wait, Kinichiro, where did you get confirmation that Suki is alive? I haven't heard anything to that effect lately. Only rampant speculation on everyone's part.

Oh, wait nvm, sorry. wasnt thinking. I saw them all together, so it seemed like they were talking about before serpents pass. I'll edit that out.

Sokka gets all the girls becuase how can you say no to Sokka? He's funny, has a boomerang and can constantly react to whatever the situation is, despite how immature he is otherwise.

Suki: As great a couple they make, it's still all nailing down to whether or not Suki's still alive. Personally, I think she is since she'd have a much more dramatic death otherwise, but of course there's no proof to support me so really it's down to whether or not Suki's still alive before we can get a relationship going on there again.

Yue: Again, simular with Suki 'cept we know she's dead. Well spirited, but close enough to dead anyway, since Sokka hasn't seen her since the north pole. Besides, even then it was really all of a relationship wtih Yue being all blushing and giggling, not really doing much on her own side, so really the relationship wasn't as interesting as I would've liked.

Ty Lee: See this is the relationship I'd love to see happen. I know that it almost certainly won't, conisdering how things work, but that doesn't mean any less that I'd like to see it happen. It'd just be so cute to see Ty Lee and Sokka getting together, doing things like dancing without actually trying to harm one another, but again I can't see this happen.

Toph: Although this might seem like it'll happen, if you think about it you know it's not going to happen considering how old Toph is versus how old Sokka is. It just wouldn't work for a relationship between a 12 year old and a 15 year old, as Ai Lin said. Plus, I doubt there'd be more than Toph insulting Sokka repeatadly then casually making up for it with something else, so really I can't see Tokka happening.

Okay, well I think I'll share my opinions on this now...

Suki: Well, I can safely say that if Suki is alive, this is what I'd have mostly agree on what will happen. I love the Suki and Sokka pair, I think it is the best combination they thought of, and it's a shame that she's dead (Or so they want us to think). Suki basically helped strengthen Sokka, but at the same time appealed to his softer side. There are only two ways I can think of this not happening if she's alive. 1. Because Sokka has grown out of that sexist stage he was in first season, his views have changed, and he's grown up as a person. If they were to show Suki again, without changing her, there might be a change in their relationship. 2. If there were some intereferance with Toph.

Yue: I was also a big fan of the Yue Sokka pair. It was more of a cute pair than an actual lasting thing, and I knew it wouldn't last long because she would have to stay in the Water Tribe anyhow. I liked it for the simple cuteness and Sokka being a goofy gentleman.

Ty Lee: Well... to me, I don't really like this. It would be funny if it happened, and I'm sure there are ways it could, but I doubt it will. There just isn't enough sparks between them, and the only reason I put it up there is for the one sided crush that Ty Lee seems to have on everyone.

Toph: Tokka is also a one sided crush as far as we know, but I think it could grow into something more than that. I would rather, however, have Sokka be with Suki, but in case that doesn't happen, Toph is an alright alternative. I like Tokka for the same reason I liked the Yue pair: it's sheer cuteness.

Yue- This is my personal favorite, though she's mrs moonie now so I guess I have to say it was my favorite. I guess somethings appealing about royalty and a southern peasent. I[/b]don't know Suki is a Very close match.

Suki- A definate favorite of mine, and the one I think most likely to prosper, They fit very well together and are altogether a great couple. Actualualy I think,as I write these words, this is my new favorite

Toph - I think its just a one sided crush (Toph on Sokka) and probably won't last but please don't shoot me for my opinion.

I think that Sokka's relationship with Suki has the most substance but this whole thing with Toph is cute as hell. Aang may be the lead character but Sokka is definitely the romantic lead. Toph and Suki are both strong female characters which is the type that Sokka should be paired up with. I'd be fine with either. He and Ty Lee are just flirting. It's good for comic relief.

Now that I think about it a Sokka/Azula (Sozula?) relationship would be interesting. He needs a strong woman around to keep him humble and Azula definitely needs someone a little goofy like Sokka. Maybe she'd lighten up a little.

Sokka should just go around spreading his charisma and gather an army of female followers to do his fighting. Kind of like that guy from Tenjho Tenge.

Well, I guess it's all agreed that Sokka is a ladies' man. And knows how to catch himself a girl, even though sometimes I don't think he's even trying. But between the four contenders, here's what think:

Suki: Pre-Appa's Lost Day's, I would've gave Suki a definite yes. But as far as we know, she's pretty much in limbo at this point. Sokka doesn't even know the Kiyoshi Warriors have mysteriously vanished. I don't doubt Sokka has feelings for Suki, I mean he kissed her. So there is chemistry between Sokka and Suki. But seeing as how there's a chance she's dead, I don't know how long it will last.

Yue: She's the moon spirit. Enough said.

Ty Lee: Ty Lee's an attention whore. That's been proven in The Beach. She's a flirt and merely wanted Sokka's attention. I don't think she had any real interest in him at all, aside from him being "the cute boy that will notice me".

Toph: Birds of a feather man, birds of a feather. Sokka and Toph have so much chemistry going on. I mean they work and get along so well together. Every time the GAang need to split up, Sokka is often seen pairing up with Toph. I know they dismissed each other at first, but over time, their relationship has grown and developed into something more. Sokka can take Toph's teasing and dish it out himself, even though his is little lamer. Toph can confide in him and vice versa. They can talk to each other. They're at ease with one another and I think that's important too. And about their age: Avatar takes place in a completely different universe. They may live at a time where people get married at young ages. I mean there was a woman who noticed Katara's betrothal necklace and didn't think it odd for her to have one and she's only 14. Besides, like Ai Lin said, once they get into their late teens and twenties, it won't matter.
