I think that Air has a secondary bending element, I just have no idea what it is. And I have to say that some of the other bending styles do improve some characteristics. I mean, have you seen the earthbenders! THEY HAVE MUSCLES ONTOP OF THEIR MUSCLES! Does that mean anything in this? Yes it does. Can Toph make a mean punch without bending? I have to say, yes. Course, this might just be something they get because of their fighting style.

Though I'm new, I've got a point to add about a possible secondary Air bending element.
What is the most common medium which sound travels through? Air. So perhaps sound would be a possible secondary element for the airbenders. Granted, sound can also be transmitted via vibrations through solid objects, but seeing as we've seen Aang use sound before, (such as yelling quite loudly,) I think that it's a very plausible secondary element.
Granted, I think that Air needs no secondary, but for those who wish to give it one, I believe sound is the only possibility, as no others have seemed to stick for people.

It seems we missed one element throughout all this. Remember in the duel between Katara and the water bending master, she was able to use the water in her breath too. This implies, to me, that waterbenders can bend steam as well. That is also implied by the fact that waterbenders can turn ice into water. It takes heat to melt the ice, or simply moving the molecules faster, whichever you want to pick, so why not allow them to bend steam. I think the movements associated would be very similar to air bending myself.

Hold on! I've thinking about this question for a looooong time:
Water Benders can simply bend plants by controlling water in it isn't it? Than that mean they can control WATER IN HUMAN BODY!!! Do u think so or not? If u think so, what'll we name it? Human Bending?

If a water bender tried that it probly wouldnt work so well as it would take at least a master of water bending or maybe even higher than that to be able to completly control someones body by the water as we are only 70% water and we can control our self unlike plants. And i doubt its as simple as controling the water in plants to make them move it may be more complicated than that but i have no idea as i have never been that interested in how they can control them.

As I have said before, the Human Body has somthing that other water dosn't have in near the amount; Chi.
Chi binds the person and is the energy of there life, Chi is the energy that tells the body to move the energy that fuels its heart to beat, Chi bends the elements as well, a persons body would be alot harder to bend because you would have to bypass that persons Chi, and if you where able to do that to a degree to bend whats inside a person to kill them then the Bypassing of the Chi would probably strike them dead in the first place.
Not even the Avatar is strong enough to bend another person, colapse mountains, make tidal waves and volcano's but to bypass chi itself would be fatal, they would die before they got bent (No pun intended.).
It is said on a card in the Avatar Cardgame that there is a master bender who bends the water in a person to make them sick, but seriously, a master bender can only make a person sick with the water in there body.
I also think on other benders it would be less effective still as the more Chi a person has the more protected they would be, so to find anyone you are desperate enough to bend the water in there body to beat is to find a person it would probably be impossible to bend at all in the first place.

I never knew Chi tells the body to move the energy to make the heart beat and other such important things. I also never knew Chi was so important. And by what you said does that mean if at all someone bypassed the Chi in any way that person would die? And if true is there a way to just control Chi as you said is energy and that fire benders control lightning which is energy to an extent that they maybe can control Chi or is it just something that is not controlable in any way?

Of corse, Chi isn't some mystical energy from another world, chi is the energy of life, it is what makes us, a body dosn't function on perpetual motion, the triggers that move it and the energy of motion and life is Chi, it is why Tai Chi is considered so powerful by some, it allows a person to tap and control to a small extent the vary energy and balance that keeps a person alive.
The body is flesh and blood, but everything that moves needs energy, Chi is the energy that allows growth and control over the body, To be without Chi is to be without your life energy.
To fight and run out of Chi is to fight and use your life energy and die.

So if someone were to even move the chi in someway? I mean you said its there and its energy so if its energy and it is pertty much our life energy and it tells us how to move can you attack certain points of it to stop it all together to kill someone or render them motionless and i dont mean just break there neck or something along the terms of someones vital organs and miuscles but to actually like stop it completly as to never be able to get it to move without hurting the muscles or heart or things like that?

It's not that simple, Chi is the vary energy of life, to have Chi is to make chi, to move chi is to leave a trail of Chi.
If you where to pull all the Chi out of my arm then Chi from the rest of my body would take its place in moments.
Chi is everywhere and in people it is thick and dense as an ocian, we arn't made frail in that way, the Human body has enough Chi in it to run an entire city like New York for a year at any given time, but also the Human Body also needs all of that Chi to run as a body is so infinatly more complex then a city and so much more detailed.
The Theory behind bending is to extend your own chi and use it to manipulate the elements, and if bending where real then everyone would be able to bend any element.
In being able to control the elements so well, if you came up against another like you then they would be able to stop every one of your attacks and take no harm, the real battle would be a direct clash of trying to exterminate each others chi.
That itself would be hard because you are more likely to fuel each other as Chi is one energy of several different aspects.

Ok but nonoe has answered if there is a way to control Chi in anyway i mean if Tai Chi teaches you to manipulate Chi than wouldnt Tai Chi masters be able to control someones body as Chi is what makes us move? And if so could say someone like Ozai (hope i spelled that right) learn Tai Chi and completly stop the avatar if he were to fight him?

I said it would be impossible, to manipulate like that would be to push your own chi into your opponent, and then your Chi would become a part of there Chi and you would generate more of your own Chi resulting in actualy healing and empowering.
If Ozai where to try to control Aang's Chi he'd need to extend his own chi, and in extending his own chi he'd empower Aang, that and because Aang has a will of his own then Aang is in control of the Chi that moves his own body without even having to try, when you walk you are comanding your chi with the most base of effort and to intercept that is harder then just striking a person dead.

Ok so if someone were to extend their Chi to someone else to control there Chi they would inpower them so could some one do that to help the avatar in a fight or vise versa? And I have also wondered about how someone extends their Chi do they do it intentionally or does it just happen?

I don't know for sure if there is a way to fully stop the flow of chi to any particular point but there most definitely are numerous way to diminish the flow of it. There are 22 main pressure points in the human body, and they all correspond with the energy channels that chi flows along. By using any one of the many meridian systems you can manipulate those energy channels to either heighten or diminish said flow of chi (possibly stopping it if you diminish it enough).
Now what might be possible is to use water bending as one of those meridian systems. Since one of the aspects of water bending is using tai-chi it might be plausible. However, I don't know enough about tai-chi to fully speculate on that matter.
