Well. Lately i saw thread son this,and other forums about ''Alternative Bends'', Some just came outa nowhere but some where thought trough. I thought, Sand bending. Woulndt Earth Benders be able to do that? As Sand are just Very small rocks, woulndt EarthBenders could bend Sand to? Im sorry if this has been posted, or has occured in the show before. I havent watched the show lately,and our Avatar series aint that far yet anyway.

But think of it, if they could, probaly every EarthBender would be as deadly as Gaara (Naruto, dont ask) And would practicly be Very strong.


They could Quickly build defence as The Sand is flexible and Light. They could get around defences quickly, and could use WAY more enviorement.

There are some Cons though.

If The sand aint very tight,air could blow it away.
Water would turn it into mud easily
Fire could turn it into glass.

Pro's and Cons,it WOULD be very effective against Non-Benders.
