Hey, I really love the series. It's going great, but some guy told me that there would be some Zutara in the third series. Katara and Zuko make a good couple, but come on. This is a series on nickelodean. Not a soap opera.

can someone explain exactly what is the topic of this thread? I'm assuming its the discussion about the 3rd season. If it is then here's my post:
Zutara is not exactly what i look forward too, but it would make a bit more sense as a twist. Aang has always liked Katara, but the actually thought of that in our world is strange. 12 and 14 year old doesn't really mix very well, but hey i'm not the show creators

Zutara would be more um... right? or maybe more age appropriate (no offense to anyone). But Aang really likes Katara, and I don't think Katara would ever want to break Aang's heart even if she did like Zuko.

Well, Katara is supposed to fall in love with a powerful Bender and if she has a relationship with Zuko then that can mean many great things for him.

I just say that we will see when the third series comes out. I think that Katara and Zuko will end up going out with eachother but I don't know. This show does have many twists and turns and I have honestly never guessed correctly what would happen on the next episode.

Okay... I am a fervent Zutara shipper in case you haven't noticed, and here's a bit of SPOILER info if you want to read on. In the season finale, Zuko finds unexpected companionship (a.k.a. LOVE) in an unexpected source, and learns that he has to make important choices about his future. Zutara, anyone? Yes, Zutara is awesome. And, Aang isn't 12, he's 112...... A bit old for Katara.

This seems like more of a romance discussion to me, so unless you guys can keep it directly related to what will happen in the third season, and not just the romance aspect, then I'll close this thread. Keep the romance discussion in the romance thread in the characters board.

Well, I'm guessing Aang will learn fire bending, because it's probably going to be the book of fire, right? I'm assuming that Zuko and Katara will hook up (and wishing!) and that Zuko will teach Aang fire bending. Iroh will have his own little tea shop, and I don't know about Toph......
