I estimate that it will possibly be back around March of this year with the first episode of Season 3. However, I could be wrong. But we shall see. :P

I haven't heard anything concrete, but the month of March seems to roll around more often than others. Unreliable imdb.com lists "Sokka's Master" as the title of the fourth episode of seson 3, and is listed to air sometime in late July. Personally, I hope that whole thing is completely untrue and they just start in March. That'd be the best birthday present for me. This Avatar Withdrawl Syndrome kinda stings from time to time.

So, for now, I'm going to assume March and keep a positive attitude.

yea imdb is just made by anyone,

i could go on and say that, anyone can type that stuff.

For Example: 1 week before the avatar season finale aired imdb said that it was called the fire nations despair, and obviously there was no despair, imdb never gets anything right because nickelodean doesn't release the information for them.

I'd check www.tvtome.com, that's where I usually go to view episode listings of any tv show, even cartoons.

Hint: When you type in that address in the webbrowser exactly the way I gave it, it'll redirect you to www.tv.com or something like that, So don't be alarmed, That is normal. ;D

well, the other day I saw some commercial for some kind of Avatar game that will be on Nick.com in February. It has something to do with the Avatar cycle, and the spirit world I think. Perhaps there is a connection (it airs in February, so maybe the show airs shortly afterward, such as in a month, like March)

And if anyone knows how long the downtime between seasons 1 and 2 was, you could guess about that length of time. Probably... Maybe... Not really sure...
