Always wanted to be a Firebending prodigy. =D
Azula calmly sat on the Earth King's throne, taking in the moment. After taking over Omashu the only Earth Kingdom stronghold left was Ba Sing Se. But now, it is hers. The whole Earth Kingdom now belonged to the Fire Nation as the two strongholds were conquered. Hundreds of years and thousands of people. I have no disrespect for the Fire Navy but, three girls did what thousands of commanders and soldiers couldn't do? A slow smile crawled across her lips. A crash was heard from the ceiling. Her gaze abruptly shifted to the ceiling as her smile quickly dissipated. She stood quickly. Her dark brown hair was slightly affected by the wind as her dark red and red outfit softly rippled from the movement. Her Firebender golden brown eyes seemed to drill into the ceiling as she stared at it, almost challenging it. Another bang and shout was heard from the ceiling as she confidently strode towards the great green and yellow doors that lead to the Throne Room. Azula has always been a prodigy. At 14 it was amazing how she could produce lightning and blue fire. Her father was proud and she was sure to gain the throne. Azula was slightly known to put power over family. It was is if they were constructed into physical things and put next to each other, relationship and friends simply dulled away into nothingness. Azula wasn't a very social person. She treated her only two friends with little care and would often bully or physically hit them and laugh when she was number two. Ty Lee and Mai are Azula's two friends. She treats them both with little respect but she is inconsistent with her feelings towards them. When Azula was young she pushed Ty Lee down when she beat Azula while they were doing gymastics in the courtyard, and laughed. Azula also made Mai and Zuko fall into the fountain together, and also laughed. Obviously lowering Mai and Ty Lee's liking for Azula, although they never seemed to show it and Azula never seemed to care or notice. She also loved torturing her brother. Mocking him, and always frightening him with threats about their mother, and their father. Zuko and Azula's mother paid little to no attention to Azula and more attention to Zuko. That's why Azula was sickened by her and thought she was a weak person. Azula loved her dad. She loved him for his power, and for his attention. Needless to say, she was a daddy's girl.
The two men besides the doors opened them with ease as she walked through them. Not even taking the slightest hesitation waiting for them to move the doors. She came to an intersection and stood in the middle. Silence flowed into every room like water. Her eyes darted from each entrance at the four way intersection. The crystal chandalier quivered above them and an explosion in the earthen wall sent Dai Lee agents to the floor and the wall as rocks and shards of crystal darted everywhere. Azula ducked and stood as the dust cleared slowly.
