Probending Sub-in

So I made a character the sub in to help a member's probending team not get DQ'd, and I'm a bit confused as to what to do.
I understand the form and how to play and all that (I think) I'm just wondering if there's a certain way that I'm supposed to introduce myself given that my name is nowhere to be seen and all that jazz.

anyone who knows something and can help, would be appreciated.
