Characters remaining character not working

It seems that the "Characters remaining" aspect of the Post Message page isn't working, and I've tried in on different computers in both Firefox and Safari. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but I kinda use that to gauge the length of my posts.

Hmm, that's strange, because I use IE, and it works. I've noticed that you have to click in the box if you copy and paste it from somwhere after you copy and paste it in the box, but if you write straight in... I'll make a thread on PBS support later if you're still having trouble, but we do have a Character Counter in the side bars.
